Role of Visiting Solicitor
Reporting to the Directors, you will visit clients in their own homes to obtain and witness the execution of legal documentation relating to Equity Release. The successful candidate will work with us on an employed basis and would suit a solicitor who is looking to achieve a better work-life balance or a worker returning looking for a less demanding role.
Recent property experience would be helpful but not essential as training will be supplied. Customer service is at the core and forefront of our business. We would therefore like to work with solicitors who share our belief and vision to be renowned for premium service levels, always putting our customers first.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend clients’ homes to obtain and witness the execution of legal documentation relating to Equity Release.
- Following SRA & ERC guidelines to complete the meeting with the customer in accordance with policy.
- Rectify and/or work around any issues that the customer presents.
- Liaise with Head Office to rectify any unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensure the signed documentation is returned to our office in a timely manner.

- Monday – Friday 9am-5pm – (flexible hours fluctuating according to our workflow)
Package
Full time employed – annual basic £25k p/a
OR
Part time packages also available
OR
Day / visit rates also available and range depending on availability
PLUS – Bonus structure – based on appointments completed per month
AND – Travel expenses covered at 0.45p per mile
